Last night we went to Brenden's baseball game. It is his first year of baseball & he is really having a fun time. :)

Two Bridal Showers at BCC

Last weekend was busy with bridal showers for two friends from my Brookdale Christian Center days.

Theresa Thompson & her fiance, Noel Nix, on Saturday.

Rachel Finkenbinder & her fiance, Matthew Marocco, on Sunday.

Both showers were very fun and it was great to see so many friends from BCC again! :)

J.D. turns 13 & Maddie turns 2

On Memorial Day, we celebrated J.D.'s 13th & Maddie's 2nd birthdays with a family BBQ at Jeremy & Kim's house.

Maddie got a new basketball hoop for her birthday. She has good form already. :)

Todd bought a frame for me that has "I (heart) Nana" on it so we wanted to get a picture of me with all of the nieces & nephews. Unfortunately, Andrew was not there anymore because they had to leave early.

We told the boys that they had to put on the princess hats before they could get any cake. Aren't relatives nice? Tyler, J.D., Evan, Justin, Brenden & Nicholas

J.D. & Maddie's birthday cake. J.D. picked turquoise & hot pink for the colors because turquoise is his favorite color & pink is for Maddie. As Jeremy put it, "That is a very gaudy cake!"
